Terms of service

We only supply registered businesses and traders via this website and are unable to fulfil orders to the general public from this site. We supply our range at wholesale prices to trade customers. This site is for dropshipped orders (direct to customer). Trade accounts display prices exclusive of VAT; VAT is added at checkout and a full VAT invoice is supplied.

Returns

We accept returns when an item arrives damaged or when we've sent an incorrect item. This must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email. We also accept returns when your customer changes their mind or exercises Distance Selling Regulations; you have 14 days from order to request a return, for which charges apply.

  • All returns must be in original packaging.
  • Refunds are processed as a credit back to your payment method within 14 days of receipt.
  • Change-of-mind returns must be notified in advance via email within 14 days of delivery.
  • Damaged returns must be notified within 24 hours.
  • You arrange and book a courier for the return of the parcel.
  • We liaise only with you during the returns process, not your customer.
  • Incorrect or incomplete returns may not be processed.

Non-deliveries

Should a delivery not be successful or be rejected, further attempts incur additional charges equal to the original delivery charge. If the order is cancelled and no further attempts are required, a 10% restocking fee applies and the original handling and delivery charge is non-refundable. Redelivery of any order incurs a fee equal to the original delivery cost.

Restocking fees

As a retailer you are bound by the Distance Selling Regulations, so we are happy for you to return any item within 14 days for a refund. A restocking fee of 50% of the original product price applies and the original delivery fee is not refunded. If you wish us to collect the item from your customer, additional collection and delivery charges apply.

Order acceptance and processing

After you place an order we email you acknowledging receipt. Where card details are provided or stored by Stripe (our payment facilitator) we take payment immediately; we also accept bank transfer, PayPal and phone card payments. Our acceptance takes place when we send a final invoice confirming dispatch — the contract is formed on dispatch confirmation. It is our policy to charge on taking an order; if we cannot subsequently fulfil any part, that part is refunded.

The price payable is as set out on our site at the time you submit your order, plus delivery charges as advised. All prices exclude the current applicable VAT rate (added at the end of the order). If an order is incorrectly priced or described, we are not obliged to supply at the incorrect price or description, and reserve the right to correct errors. We will either cancel and refund, or contact you to continue at the correct price.

We must receive payment in full, including delivery charges, before an order is processed. By using a card you confirm it is yours or that you are authorised to use it. All cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer; if authorisation is refused we will not accept the order. You are responsible for all orders placed by your employees.

Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund you in full should there be a problem with stock levels or a site error causing items to display incorrectly. We are not responsible for matters beyond our reasonable control (including governmental regulations, fire, flood, disaster or industrial dispute affecting a third party). Subscription costs to this site are non-refundable; these do not automatically recur and lapse at the end of the period if not renewed.

Delivery, title and risk

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours or one working day (whichever is greater) from receipt of cleared funds. Any delivery time or date is an estimate only. If we are unable to deliver within 30 days of the order date, you may cancel and require a refund of monies paid for that order. Products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

We do not accept liability for shortages or damage unless notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt. If delivery attempts fail, redelivery costs are borne by you. Sign only for the correct number of packages shown on the carrier's consignment note; note shortages on the note and tell us within 24 hours. We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless notified within 3 days of the dispatch date. Delivery is deemed to take place when goods are delivered to your nominated address, whereupon risk passes to you.

Liability

Leaf Design UK Ltd is not liable for any consequential or indirect loss however caused, including loss of profits, goodwill, trading relationships or financial loss. Our liability for all other losses is limited to the invoiced value of the relevant order. Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Product specifications

We make every effort to supply goods as advertised but reserve the right to vary actual dimensions, specifications and quantities without prior notice. If we cannot supply the goods ordered, we may offer goods of equal or superior quality at no extra cost; if you do not wish to accept them you may cancel and be refunded. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and should not be assumed to be an actual photograph of the product.

Intellectual property

All Intellectual Property Rights used or subsisting in the goods remain the sole property of Leaf Design UK Ltd or the relevant third-party rights owner.
