Standard delivery: £7.99 + VAT per order to the same address. Expedited delivery: £15.99 + VAT per order — next working day (Mon–Fri) for orders placed before 10am to standard postcodes. All deliveries are fully tracked, using new and recycled packaging. Remote area surcharge. Deliveries to the following remote UK postcode areas incur a £29.99 + VAT per-product surcharge , and trees over 200 cm cannot be shipped to these locations : Aberdeenshire & Highlands: AB31–AB38, AB40–AB56, IV1–IV28, IV30–IV32, IV36, IV40–IV49, IV51–IV56, IV63, KW1–KW17, PH4–PH44, PH49–PH50 Argyll & the Scottish islands: PA20–PA38, PA41–PA49, PA60–PA78, KA27–KA28, HS (Outer Hebrides), ZE (Shetland) Northern Ireland: all BT postcodes Isle of Man & Channel Islands: IM, GY, JE We hold thousands of artificial trees, plants and flowers in stock. Frequently asked questions

How do I place an order?

You need a registered trade account with us. We require your business name, address and phone number to verify trader status before processing orders. We exclusively serve trade customers (retailers, companies, educational institutions). All prices display without VAT; VAT is applied at checkout. This site is not open to non-traders.

Can you deliver to Amazon FBA?

Yes — please use our pallet ordering website at leafdesignwholesale.co.uk.

Can I return products?

Yes, returns are accepted for dropship orders with applicable charges. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Do you have stock data available?

Yes — hourly-updated CSV files containing stock levels, pricing and product details are available.

How will items be sent to my customer?

Orders are dispatched direct to the customer address you supply. Parcels are branded "Leaf". Dispatch notes include product codes only — no pricing information is included in the box.

How fast is dispatch?

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (or one working day, whichever is greater) from receipt of cleared funds, Monday to Friday.
